Terms of Use
These terms apply to your use of the Legacy Library mobile application and this website. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to them.
Your account
You need an account to use Legacy Library. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping access to your account secure. You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live, and at least 13 years old.
Your content
The recordings, photographs, messages and other material you add remain yours. You give us permission to store, process and deliver that content for the purpose of operating the app — including delivering it to the people you have chosen, at the times you have chosen. You are responsible for having the right to share what you upload, including where it features other people.
Acceptable use
Do not use Legacy Library to store or send unlawful material, to harass anyone, to infringe someone else's rights, or to attempt to gain access to accounts or data that are not yours. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Text message program
By providing your mobile number in the app, you agree to receive text messages from Legacy Library relating to your account, including one-time verification codes and account notifications. These messages are sent only in response to an action you take in the app.
- Message frequency varies and depends on your use of the app.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase, and opting out does not close your account.
How we handle mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share, sell or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Availability
Legacy Library is under active development. We may change, suspend or withdraw features, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.
Ending your use
You can stop using Legacy Library and request deletion of your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or end access where these terms are breached.
Disclaimers and liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms we will update the date above and, where the change is significant, tell you in the app.
